Okkkkk!!! The dessert here is amazing!!!!! Always on top of their game knowing what is viral out there and on top of it! There crepes!!! Wow!!! 🤤 The chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of chocolate gelato!!!! Wow!!!! The best gelato in town!! The employees are very sweet and polite.. The owner walks around and asks customers how they like their dessert… very kind anf always on top Of his team. I come all the time with my fam!!! Sometimes they guve me an extra scoop of gelato 🤤🤣👌🏽

We love coming to Hello Sweetness after school, camp, baseball game, or just for fun!! Everyone is so sweet and extremely patient when kids are ordering a million different things at once. It is nice to be able to chill inside during the summer heat and seating is very comfortable with their couches. My son doesn’t eat ice cream and they offer gelato which is a great option for him!

I would like to continue my review about the Dubai Strawberry Cup that I ordered for delivery. I already mentioned that the strawberries were not fresh, and I would like to attach additional photos showing the rotten strawberries that were actually inside my cup. As for the dry kataifi dough that was impossible to eat, you can read the other reviews below from customers who had similar experiences. I would also like to point out that the owner’s response was extremely rude and showed a lack of understanding of her own mistakes. Instead of learning from customer feedback and improving, she chooses to argue with customers, try to prove that they are wrong, and use security camera footage as a way to defend herself. Oh, and yes this was a buy one, get one free promotion, since the owner was very determined that I mention it. However, that does not change the fact that I still paid over $40 for the order. A promotion does not excuse poor quality, and it should not be used as a reason to sell products that are not fresh or properly prepared. If you actually want to try a good Dubai Chocolate Cup or Dubai Strawberry Chocolate Cup, I recommend going to Twisted Roll. They should honestly l

I love this place so so much. I came here frequently for milk teas when I was in high school. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is really cute and comfortable too, perfect for pictures! I highly recommend the strawberry crepes, gelato, and thai tea boba but everything on the menu is delicious. I came here after my graduation ceremony when they were closed on accident (my fault entirely, check business hours always 😭) but the staff that were restocking were so kind about it and still made a drink for me anyway which is so thoughtful it made my day! If you are going to support a small business, let it be this one!!! Will definately be returning many more times as I enter college :-)
